目标：建立全世界最大的局域网
导致被hotmail屏蔽，大部分电信，网通IP好长时间都上不了
（貌似google.com也被屏蔽了，导致很难页面登陆gmail，Foxmail是可以的）
网上网友提供了很多解决方法：
1.利用mobile 的服务登陆：http://mobile.msn.com/hm/folder.aspx
2.先以 http://www.hotmail.com 为登陆页。出现无法显示网页后，在地址栏的 http 后加 s 回车，即可
3.MSN Spaces 的“秘密通道”：https://login.live.com/login.srf 登陆此网页之后再转到你的空间，你会发现你已经顺利登陆
4.通过登陆好的MSN Spaces来登陆hotmail
5.可以使用一些国外代理（韩国的比较好），前提是你能访问国外IP
关于hotmail/space/messenger无法访问的官方说明：
Red Flag: Live.com domain blocked in China
We have a red flag issue in China.
? The Live.com domain is blocked by ISPs in China.
? This has implications for all Windows Live service teams because we are
using one domain worldwide i.e. Live.com.
? Ops are currently working to resolve this.
